In this course you will be learning the basic foundation of how to hand stitch and customize a lace closure and frontal wig.
You will also be taught the differences and benefits of creating each wig type.
A course kit is included so that you have EVERYTHING you need in order create a fully custom made wig that could be kept or sold upon completion of the course.
This is not an advanced course. It will be instructor led and taught at a beginner level.
This is a hands-on 6 week certifcation course with 4 course topics and 3 bonus modules! A certificate will be given upon completion.

Hair Knowledge
Don't worry! Learning about the hair industry can be a lot! In this course, we will teach you everything you need to know about the type of hair that is used when making a wig.
You will learn:
- The pros and cons of virgin hair, human hair, and synthetic hair.
- The differences between these different types of hair.
- Which type is best to use.
- Where to get the best hair.
Sewing Experience
I didn't have any prior sewing experience myself. I came up with with a method that was easy and effective!

You are here today to learn how to become a professional wig designer!
My name is Jazmin and I am here to teach you how. I started created wigs for myself in 2011. I was a college student, didn't have the money to always keep my hair done so I decided to create what is now called a u-part wig, that allowed me to leave a little of my hair out for a natural look. Family and friends loved my hair and began asking to make a wig for them. What started out as a way for me to do my own hair turned into a business in 2018. I am now a certified cranial prosthesis specialist, which means I specialize in customizing medical lace wigs to those who are experiencing hair loss. I have been making and customizing wigs for over 5+ years and absolutely love what I do!

- Do we go through the course alone? What if we have questions?
No. You will NOT be going through the course alone. This is an instructor led course. You will be receiving LIVE weekly coaching with me until Wig Pro Academy ends. So I will be holding your hand week by week.
The modules are also dripped WEEKLY to prevent you from skipping lessons. 1 module per week. This will be a 6 week course.
- What if I am unhappy with the course?
Since this is a knowledge-based course and knowledge CANNOT be reversed once learned, this course is NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions.
- How long do I have access to the course?
You will have lifetime access to this course. Wig-making is skill that takes can take a few weeks to learn. So you will have the opportunity to go back and look at the videos at any time. There is no expiration date.
- What if I am unhappy with this course?
With this being a knowledge-based course and knowledge cannot be reversed once learned, this course is non-refundable. No exceptions.
- Do I have to show up at a specific time for class?
No, you do not have to log in to your training at a specific time each day. However, I expect you to dedicate at least 3-5 hours per week to this training (less than a part-time job). Modules are automatically released every Tuesday at 9 am.
- Will we receive certificates after the course?
Yes! Everyone will receive a certificate for completion of this course.
- Is this training in person or online?
This training is exclusively online.
